Footwork is timing, not speed. Use the X-step to build rhythm and weight shift without rushing. Arrive balanced and ready to unwind.

Stay centered over both legs; don't lean back or forward, but allow forward body movement into the plant. As the plant lands, brace forward while upper body stays closed.
